Return Period
You have 90 days from the date of receipt to return your glasses.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

In its original packaging, including all accessories, cases, and documents.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at support@safedrivevision.co.uk, with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the product back.

Shipping: Carefully package the glasses and ship them to the address provided.
Refund
Once the glasses are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange your glasses for a different model, please follow the same return process and indicate that you would like an exchange.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
